Our first-floor workspaces consist of office spaces and retail spaces. All are created to an empty canvas for you to design how you would like with the furniture that suits your workflow. Discover more from our office and retail spaces and decide what works for you. In addition the first floor equips a sizeable fixed-desk unit (F1) where you can rent a dedicated desk and know your space is available for you whenever you need. To level it up, we provide lockers in F1 to help you keep your things safe whilst you’re at Collaborative One for the day.

A serviced office is a flexible office space. As opposed to conventional office spaces, serviced offices are fully managed. They allow you to avoid lengthy leases, hidden costs and the associated liability.

We offer flexible contracts, services, and everything from a single desk, to a large office for a full team of staff. We manage and maintain your workspace, taking the hassle out of working from an office and leaving you with more free time to take care of your business.

We have offices, retail, creative studios, artistic spaces, workshops & co-working all under a single roof

Yes, we have various meeting/board rooms available varying in size. A large LED screen, flip charts and a projector are included in the daily rate. Get in touch we can recommend based on your needs.

When you choose Collaborative one, you don’t have to worry about spending months on a waiting list before you can move into your new office. We know that the sooner you move into your new office, the sooner you can start benefiting from increased productivity, so we make sure you’re able to move in and get settled within days.

It takes us very little time to set things up once we have received your deposit, first month’s licence fee and signed licence. Bank references will need to be taken up and passport identification is required. We allow creative freedom to decorate & furnish your office in line with your branding & business needs. All we ask is to return to original state if you decide to leave.

The agreements are one year of duration with a month’s deposit in advance. As part of your licence agreement, you pay the same fee every month or the price rolls from one month to the next, until you give notice to vacate. We require just six month’s notice if you wish to leave your premises

  • Contents Insurance

Your monthly licence fee excludes business rates. You do not have to pay business rates if the rateable value of your unit is £12,000 or less. You may be eligible for small business rates relief. Contact your local council for more information

Our model only consists of clients bringing their own furniture. This allows you to create their own working environment in line with their business needs. If you would like is to furnish it can be done as an extra service. Please ask us and we can provide you a quote.

We encourage you to get your own VOIP phone number with any of the providers and just plug into our internet. This allows you to carry the number with you should you wish to vacate.

There are plenty of off-street parking options in the nearby streets. We are conveniently located on a main bustling Brighton Road which is accessible by a good network of public transport (mainline stations of Sanderstead, Purley Oaks , South Croydon are walkable distances). There are also numerous buses that service Brighton Road. We also have a cycle rack should you wish to cycle in.

Yes, we offer a great amount of flexibility for you and your business. If you require larger offices, we will promptly arrange an upgrade (availability permitting).

Yes — you are permitted to access the building 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be issued wit access cards/keys as relevant

We have access alarms and monitored CCTV cameras located around all buildings and car parks. You will be issued with all access codes, alarm codes, keys to your office and security keys (where applicable).

We cover insurance on our buildings, however, please note that you are responsible for any office contents. Many insurance brokers offer specialist serviced office insurance cover.
