How To Find Us

The closest rail stations to our workspace in Croydon are Purley Oaks (7 minute walk), Sanderstead (9 minute walk), South Croydon (23 minute walk), and Purley (25 minute walk).

There are a few buses you can hop on to get to Collaborative One. The bus numbers are 466, 60, 405, 166, 434, 312 and 407. These buses stop at various different stops close to us so be sure to find the ideal place to stop.

 

The closest bus stop would be Purley Oaks Bus Station, this is located outside of the Honda car showroom on Brighton Road, South Croydon. The buses that stop at this station are 60, 166, 407 and 466. Or alternatively, Sanderstead Road bus stop.

We’ll provide convenient cycle routes from the closest railway station.

Purley Oaks: 2 minute cycle ride.

Sanderstead: 3 minute cycle ride.

Purley: 7 minute cycle ride.

South Croydon: 6 minute cycle ride.

Yes, we have various meeting/board rooms available varying in size. Video conferencing facilities are included in the daily rate. Get in touch with us for recommendations based on your needs.

When you choose Collaborative one, you don’t have to worry about spending months on a waiting list before you can move into your new office. We know that the sooner you move into your new office, the sooner you can start benefiting from increased productivity, so we make sure you’re able to move in and get settled within days.


It takes us very little time to set things up once we have received your deposit, first month’s licence fee and signed licence. Bank references will need to be taken up and passport identification is required. We allow creative freedom to decorate & furnish your office in line with your branding & business needs. All we ask is to return to its original state if you decide to leave.

  • 6 Month Minimum Contract
  • 1 month notice period after 6 months

1 Month Deposit. 1 Month Licence fee on the first months rent is proportioned to end of calendar month and thereafter payable on the first by direct debit. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of the term, providing the office/workspace is left in good condition and there are no deductibles.

Your monthly licence fee excludes business rates. You do not have to pay business rates if the rateable value of your unit is £12,000 or less. You may be eligible for small business rates relief. Contact your local council for more information

Our model only consists of clients bringing their own furniture. This allows you to create their own working environment in line with their business needs. If you would like us to furnish it can be done as an extra service.

We encourage you to get your own VOIP phone number with any of the providers and just plug into our internet. This allows you to carry the number with you should you wish to vacate.

There are plenty of off-street parking options in the nearby streets. We are conveniently located on a main bustling Brighton Road which is accessible by a good network of public transport (mainline stations of Sanderstead, Purley Oaks , South Croydon are walkable distances). There are also numerous buses that service Brighton Road. We also have a cycle rack should you wish to cycle in.

Yes, we offer a great amount of flexibility for you and your business. If you require larger offices, we will promptly arrange an upgrade (availability permitting).

Yes — you are permitted to access the building 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be issued with access cards/keys as relevant.

We have access alarms and monitored CCTV cameras located around all buildings and car parks. You will have automated access control for the entry to your office. This is controlled by our access app.

We cover insurance on our buildings, however, please note that you are responsible for any office contents. Many insurance brokers offer specialist serviced office insurance cover. We also suggest that you have adequate public and employee liability insurance in line with your business needs.
